Is there graduate student positions available?

Yes, at all levels. We are always interested by people that want to join our group. Click the link here for details

Do I need to have prior knowledge in structural biology before I apply?

Nope. We are providing a full training on structural biology. What is required is the motivation to learn, good will, and be nice.

Why should I be trained in your group?

We are using state-of-the-art approach in structural biology. Also, Université de Sherbrooke is a fantastic place to do graduate studies. Sherbrooke is a peaceful and a dynamic medium size city surrounded by forest, mountains, and wilderness nature. The city also possesses all the great shops, restaurants, and pubs to keep you well dressed and allow you to make new friendships that will last forever. People are super nice. There are fantastic facilities for alpine and cross-country skiing, hicking, golf, horse riding, and more. Rents are more affordable for graduate students in contrast to large cities.

How can I apply to be part of the team?

Send an email at martin.audet2@usherbrooke.ca, attach a CV, grades, a cover letter with a motivation statement. We want to know why you would like to work with us. Or follow the instructions after clicking the link here.

Is your team interested in collaborating with industrial partners ?

Yes and we are also used to milestone-based projects. As an academic group, the governments of Quebec and Canada also provide matching grant programs that we could apply for industrial projects to support an emerging partnership.
